Partnering with Families Across the U.S.

Excelsior Classes partners with families who participate in Education Savings Accounts (ESAs) and other school-choice funding programs. These programs allow families to use approved educational funds for online courses, tutoring, and other instructional services.

Because program rules vary by state, Excelsior keeps the process simple, transparent, and consistent for all families.

Two Simple Paths for ESA Families

Excelsior Classes supports families using ESA funds in two ways, depending on the requirements of each state program:

• Reimbursement Option – Families pay Excelsior directly and later request reimbursement from their ESA provider. This option provides a confirmed and fully held seat right away with no funding delays.

   

• ESA Invoice Submission Option – In states that permit direct vendor payment, families may request Excelsior invoices for submission through their ESA portal.
  These enrollments are provisionally held and depend on ESA funding confirmation by program deadlines.

Either way, we have you covered — Excelsior will guide you through the process that best fits your family’s needs and complies with your state’s ESA rules.

• Arizona – Empowerment Scholarship Account
• Arkansas – Education Freedom Account
• Florida – Step Up for Students (EMA)
• New Hampshire – Children’s Scholarship Fund
• Utah – Fits All Scholarship

Additional programs may qualify under tutoring or private-education categories. If your state is not listed, please contact our ESA specialist for assistance.
