Your tuition supports a full program that includes coursework, advising, community, and a pathway to a recognized high school diploma.

Tuition for the 2025–2026 Academic Year

Annual Tuition: $[Insert Rate]
Includes:

  • Enrollment in up to 6 full-credit courses
  • Academic advising and personalized course planning
  • Official transcript management and graduation audit
  • Priority enrollment and waitlist access
  • Clubs, student events, and community opportunities
  • Graduation processing and diploma (with calligraphy and official cover)

Payment Plan Options

We offer flexible options to help families budget with confidence:

Option 1: Pay in Full

Tuition is paid at the time of enrollment and secures course placement immediately.

Option 2: Monthly Payment Plan

Families may choose to spread tuition across monthly payments beginning the month of enrollment. All balances must be paid in full by September 5 of the enrollment year.

How it works:

  • The earlier you enroll, the more months you have to spread payments
  • Monthly amounts are calculated based on your enrollment date
  • A non-refundable tuition deposit is required to activate the payment plan

📅 Example:

  • Enroll in February → 8 payments (Feb–Sept)
  • Enroll in May → 5 payments (May–Sept)
  • Enroll in August → 2 payments (Aug–Sept)

Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Our refund policy is designed to provide clarity and fairness while supporting the integrity of our course planning and faculty commitments.

  • For families who paid in full:
    A 50% tuition refund (minus any administrative or processing fees) may be granted if written notification is submitted by 5:00 PM ET on the Friday before classes begin.
    • Notification must be sent via email to the Diploma Program Director.
  • For families on a payment plan:
    All tuition payments made prior to withdrawal are non-refundable. Future scheduled payments will be canceled upon written notice of withdrawal.
    • Notification must be sent via email to the Diploma Program Director.
  • No refunds will be issued after 5:00 PM ET on the Friday before classes begin.
  • For non-payment of tuition:
    Students with unpaid balances risk removal from course access. If tuition is not brought current within five (5) business days of notice, the student will be withdrawn. A $___ administrative reinstatement fee will apply if re-enrollment is approved.

Additional Considerations

For students entering with prior high school credits, an initial transcript review and course planning consultation may be required to determine placement and ensure alignment with diploma requirements.

Textbooks and lab supplies are purchased separately by the parent and vary by course. Most courses use readily available materials, and book lists are published in advance to assist with planning.

Optional services like college counseling and Honor Society participation are also available at an additional cost.

Any additional services and fees will be discussed during the enrollment advising process.
